ABOUT OUR FOUNDER

I’m Susana – industrial engineer, licensed PE, and MBA with experience across manufacturing, utilities, and technical project-based operations.

Across industries I kept seeing one common factor: strong teams doing good work, held back by processes that didn’t keep up.

WorkFlo Studios was created to fix that problem in a direct and flexible model without the overhead of traditional consulting.

Every engagement is led by me. Remote and collaborative by design. On-site when the work calls for it.
